The mill building was once part of a remote mountain farm named Unterlandtal-Lehen in the rural municipality of Berchtesgadener Land. It was built on a small stream approximately 200 metres away from the main building and served as a multi-functional workshop. Its versatility is a testament to the great inventiveness of the individual running it. The structure accommodates a frame saw, a circular saw, a grinding machine, a dung cart lift and an energy station for power supply as well as the grain mill and carpentry workshop.
