For people with walking disability and wheelchair users

... the major part of our museum is difficult to access. We have worked out a small round tour for you, which guides you through the upper part of the museum site. You will receive a map at the ticket office with routes that can be recommended. Our supervisory team will be pleased to be of assistance to you during your visit to the museum. Please let our staff at the ticket office know that you need assistance!

Auxiliary Devices

... such as electric wheelchairs, walking frames and transportable ramps for the door steps are available at the ticket office free of charge. The museum has an elevator in the entrance area, as well as restrooms which are handicapped accessible and special parking lots for disabled persons.

Reduced Admission

…will be granted upon presentation of a handicapped ID at the ticket office of the museum.
